Beacon

Tracking tools for autism parents

Some days blur together and you cannot remember if the meltdowns are getting better or worse. Foundation is where you log the real stuff in seconds: behaviors and meltdowns, potty, a daily schedule, your child's sensory profile, and a private journal that is just for you. Over time the patterns show up on their own, and a single handoff link lets any caregiver pick up right where you left off.

Frequently asked questions

What can I track in Foundation?
Behaviors and meltdowns, potty progress, a daily schedule, your child's sensory profile, and a personal journal. Each one is built to log fast, often in three taps or less.
Will tracking help me find what triggers meltdowns?
That is the point. When you log behaviors over days and weeks, the patterns and likely triggers become visible instead of getting lost in a hard day.
Can I share what I track with a therapist or teacher?
Yes. Pass the Baton gives you one link any caregiver, sitter, or therapist can open, so everyone sees the same picture without a long explanation.
Is the data private?
Yes. Your logs and journal are yours, and you can delete them anytime. The journal in particular is built for you, not for sharing.
Do I have to track every day for it to be useful?
No. Log what you can. Even a few entries a week start to reveal trends, and Foundation is built so a quick tap on a hard day still counts.
Is this a medical or diagnostic tool?
No. Foundation helps you observe and remember your child's patterns. It does not diagnose or replace your child's care team.
